In the winter of 1973, mountain bike pioneers, Gary Fisher and Joe Breeze, raced down the dirt roads of the 850 meter high Mount Tamalpais. Their 'clunkers' were slow moving, single speed and could not transport any gear.
Kemper proudly presents the freight bike Green Elephant as a new interpretation of the classic 'clunker'. In contrast to the original, the freight bike Green Elephant not only can be driven on dirt roads, but can stylishly transport cargo from A to B. Equipped with modern components, a ride on the freight bike Green Elephant is a joy, even when downhill racing is not an option.
